Fishers Green (Eastern Aphelion)

I have been in touch with the club contact. He is hoping to run 4 races, first start not before 11 am. Pay on the day, food and refreshments are available, with cake/bar after prizegiving. Standard club SIs are on the FGSC website – link follows.

Fishers Green is a longstanding venue for Comet opens, and successful Championships have also been held at the club. The open meetings are held jointly with other classes, and in 2024 we are sharing with the Laser fleet. The club facilities are excellent and launching is easy. It has a large area of water, and due to the islands and surrounding trees there is a need for tactical decisions.
