Camping and Accommodation for the Comet Nationals at Bala SC – 28-30 August 2021
It may seem a long time to go and many other open events and the Associations will have passed, by the time we hold the Nationals at Bala. However, it is August Bank Holiday and Bala is on the edge of Snowdonia, so popular for tourists – and Bala itself is a centre for watersports.

Good idea then to book well ahead and also plan to arrive Friday evening (27th) , if you’re coming a long way. Mike Allen, our host has already posted on the Comet Facebook page, advising to book nice and early.
Bala Sailing Club has some good links to local accommodation and of course there are many sites such as Tripadvisor and AirBnB that can guide you to short-stay alternatives.
