Burghfield Saturday October 1^st

Hi Everyone,

If you were at Merthyr Tydfil Comet Open today you would have heard that Burghfield

were considering postponing the Comet Open next Saturday due to weed. The problem

arose because of the breakdown of one of the weed cutting boats. However, it is now

operational, and there were only isolated clumps of weed during todays club racing.

In addition further weed clearance will take place during the week.

Therefore, the Comet and Solo Open will go ahead this Saturday 1st October as planned.

or by letting me know. Although you do not need to register, it does give you a

discount on the entry fee.

Hi,

I hope you will be able to attend Burghfield’s Comet Open on Saturday 1st October.

As in previous years, the club prefer if you register in advance. Although you can

enter on the day, the club offer a discount on the entry fee if you register in
